Unless explicitly stated on the documentation for a method, the accepted Web API call content types are:

application/json

Calls using any other content type (ex: text/plain) are not supported.

TeamDynamix.Api.Cmdb.ConfigurationItem.Attributes

The custom attributes associated with the configuration item.

Remarks

Since configuration items support custom forms, the IsRequired property is ignored. Alternatively, required status is driven by the form, which can be changed via the FormID property.
