Unless explicitly stated on the documentation for a method, the accepted Web API call content types are:

application/json

Calls using any other content type (ex: text/plain) are not supported.

The custom attributes associated with the ticket.

Remarks

Since tickets support custom forms, the IsRequired property is ignored. Alternatively, required status is driven by the form, which can be changed via the TeamDynamix.Api.Tickets.Ticket.FormID property.
