TeamDynamix Web API: TeamDynamix.Api.Tickets.Ticket.RequestorUid

Unless explicitly stated on the documentation for a method, the accepted Web API call content types are:

application/json

Calls using any other content type (ex: text/plain) are not supported.

TeamDynamix.Api.Tickets.Ticket.RequestorUid

The UID of the requestor associated with the ticket.

Value

The UID of the requestor associated with the ticket, or null if there is no associated requestor.

Remarks

In the interests of capturing information, this field is not required on ticket creation. If this field is not specified on creation, the system will attempt to perform matching based on the submitted requestor's email address, and optionally can create new requestors based on the submitted name and email.

However, subsequent edits require a requestor.
