TeamDynamix Web API: TeamDynamix.Api.Tickets.TicketSearch.ExcludeConfigurationItemIDs

Unless explicitly stated on the documentation for a method, the accepted Web API call content types are:

application/json

Calls using any other content type (ex: text/plain) are not supported.

TeamDynamix.Api.Tickets.TicketSearch.ExcludeConfigurationItemIDs

The IDs of the associated CIs to exclude on. To be included in the search results, a ticket must NOT be associated with any of the listed CIs.

Remarks

This replaces the previous ExcludeAssetIDs property. Since assets are a subset of configuration items, asset filtering can still be performed by ensuring that the configuration item ID of each asset is specified instead.
