Unless explicitly stated on the documentation for a method, the accepted Web API call content types are:

application/json

Calls using any other content type (ex: text/plain) are not supported.

The maximum updated date to filter on.

Remarks

Only tickets that have status changes within the range specified by this value and TeamDynamix.Api.Tickets.TicketSearch.UpdatedDateFrom (and optionally, only by TeamDynamix.Api.Tickets.TicketSearch.UpdatedByUid) will be returned.
